Every day from 7:00am to 1:00pm
The collection will be organized through different itineraries. From an operational point of view, the Maritime Agencies will be informed of the itineraries in order to book the disposal of the ” garbage ” on daily collection tour.
The bookings for collection of disposals have to be realized by the Maritime Agencies or Captains before 10.00 p.m on the previous day of the required collection day.
For all the bookings realized after 10.00 p.m, extra on-call rates will be applied depending on the required area.
You can then use our garbage collection service in two ways:
- in real time, when our units go by your boats;
- for the following day,booking the collection through our customers service, who will communicate to the Client the approximate time when our unit be in the his harbor. At time of booking is necessary to provide:
- ship’s name
- on board referent’s name
- e-mail or mobile phone contact
- the quantity of garbage to be delivered
- the harbor where the boat is located.
The SMART, VIP and GOLD rates are applied according the kind of garbage collection service requested and they are subject to the possible additional costs foreseen by the ON-CALL SERVICE RATE, applied to all the booking received after 10:00 pm according the requested area of collection.

The captains of pleasure boats, directly or through the Maritime Agents, can book on-call collections in areas and times of the day that are not included in organized collection tours.
To arrange the collection it is necessary to contact our customers service providing the following data:
- ship’s name
- on board referent’s name
- e-mail or mobile phone contact
- the quantity of garbage to be delivered
- the harbor where the boat is located
The rates of the on-call service will be applied according the area of collection, according what reported in the page PRICE LIST table
NOTA BENE:
- ON-CALL collection service is 24h operative. It will take place within two hours after calls or by appointment
- for extra EU waste an additional charge of 20% is applied
- service is available only in good weather conditions
- max capacity is 110 liters per bag
- all rates in the table will be added to waste disposal rates as indicated in SMART, VIP and GOLD ones according the following scheme:
- waste disposal of less than 10 bags = SMART + on-call rate
- waste disposalof more than 10 bags = VIP + on-call rate
- GOLD rate clients + on-call rate.
